What is the difference between the AYN Odin and AYN Loki series?

The Odin series focuses on high-performance Android gaming and cloud streaming with ARM-based processors, while the Loki series is a dedicated handheld PC lineup running Windows, powered by Intel or AMD CPUs for native PC gaming.

How long does international shipping take?

We ship globally via major carriers. Standard international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days, while express options can deliver your device within 3-5 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

What is the warranty policy for AYN devices?

All AYN handhelds come with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or software bricking caused by custom firmware.

Can I upgrade the storage on my Odin or Loki?

The Loki series allows for internal M.2 NVMe SSD upgrades. For the Odin series, storage is fixed on the board, but you can expand your capacity using the integrated microSD card slot which supports up to 1TB.
